Vantage, a leading global provider of hyperscale data centers, is proud to announce a transformative $15 billion+ investment in Port Washington, Wisconsin, a state-of-the-art data center campus that will power the next generation of AI innovation while creating lasting benefits for the community.
The development—named “Lighthouse”—is inspired by the iconic Port Washington lighthouse. It will stand as a guiding light in data center design—rooted in community and driven by sustainability.
The campus will feature four cutting-edge data centers totaling nearly 1GW of capacity with approximately 2.5 million square feet across 672 acres. It’s designed to meet the growing demands of AI and cloud computing while setting new standards for sustainable digital infrastructure.

Impact That Stays Local
This project is designed to benefit the people who live and work in Wisconsin.
More than 4,000 skilled construction jobs created with a union-first approach and 300+ permanent, full-time Vantage positions in Port Washington upon completion. The average salary will be more than $116,000 annually (plus an additional 700 full-time positions hired by the customer.
Nearly 6,000 indirect jobs will be created from this project, including small businesses that serve as suppliers, vendors and subcontractors—many of which reflect the rich diversity of the area and are women-owned, minority-owned and veteran-owned businesses

Through workforce development, community infrastructure improvements and inclusive growth, we aim to create meaningful, long-term impact that empowers local residents and businesses.
Enhancing Local Infrastructure
Investment in the Lighthouse campus will extend directly into the public sphere. Vantage will collaborate with local agencies to co-create baseline improvements to surrounding public utilities, broadband connectivity and roadway access points.
